In a Freedom Program advisory account, clients pay an annual asset-based wrap fee, assessed quarterly. The wrap program fee includes advisory services provided by both Asset Management Services and your financial advisor, brokerage services and custody in a single wrap fee. In deciding to pay an asset-based advisory fee rather than commissions, clients should understand that the fee may be higher than a commission alternative during periods of lower trading. Advisory fees are in addition to the internal expenses charged by mutual funds and other investment company securities. To the extent that clients intend to hold these securities, the internal expenses should be included when evaluating the costs of an advisory account subject to an ongoing asset-based fee. Clients should periodically re-evaluate whether the use of an advisory account subject to an asset-based fee continues to be appropriate in servicing their needs. Additional considerations, conflicts and risks, as well as the program fee schedule, is available in the firm’s Form ADV Wrap Program Brochure, available at https://www.raymondjames.com/legal-disclosures. Investing involves risk and you may incur a profit or loss. This is not a securities offering. There is no assurance that any investment strategy will be successful. The Freedom Program is one of many advisory account program offerings. Asset allocation and diversification does not ensure a profit or protect against a loss.

2026 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams
The 2026 Forbes ranking of America’s Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. This ranking is based upon the period from 3/31/2024 to 3/31/2025 and was released on 01/07/2026. Advisor teams that are considered must have one advisor with a minimum of seven years of experience, have been in existence as a team for at least one year, have at least 5 team members, and have been nominated by their firm. The algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience, and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Out of approximately 12,787 team nominations, 6,149 advisor teams received the award based on thresholds. This ranking is not indicative of an advisor's future performance, is not an endorsement, and may not be representative of individual clients' experience. RIA firms do not pay a fee in exchange for this award/rating. Compensation provided for using the rating. Ismert-Barger Wealth Advisors is not affiliated with Forbes or Shook Research, LLC.
